Chad Grimley began working at GFC in March of 2016 during his sophomore year at Saint Joseph’s University (SJU). He graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors with a double major in finance and accounting in May of 2018. During his time at SJU, he was Vice President of Alumni Relations for Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS), a business honor society with over 580 chapters worldwide. With Chad’s assistance, the Saint Joseph’s chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma ranked amongst the top 3 in the world during his senior year, earning the bronze award. Chad received both the Dean’s Award and the Accounting Award at graduation for having the highest grade point average in the Haub Business School and for being selected as the top accounting student. Chad spent four years playing semi-pro baseball in the Tri County baseball league, of which two years he coached in addition to playing. At GFC, Chad has assumed responsibilities as COO and works with CFO David Averell in various audit capacities and has become a jack of all trades supporting all of the GFC operations and lending tremendous insight and support to our Director of Client Relations, Kristen Grimley Kavanagh, on technological advancements. In his free time, Chad enjoys snowboarding and spending time with family and friends. Additionally, Chad is currently studying to become a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
