Dawn studied at Rutgers University and joined GFC as a medical debt collector in 1997. She has worked in both our Bad Debt and Pre-Collect (Early Out) divisions. Over the years she has grown into supervisory and management positions and is currently our Director of Revenue Cycle for all healthcare divisions. As Director, Dawn oversees the account flow management of our systems and designs all dialing campaigns within industry compliance standards. She also directly manages the collection and insurance staff to perform at peak performance levels with a focus on excellent customer service. In her free time, Dawn enjoys soccer and walking along the beach.
